Silversands Casino

Check the multiple and the cash-out cap before the match percentage. Operating since 1999, according to its own homepage. Owned by Paxson Marketing Ltd and licensed in Anjouan. The 2026 signup coupon states 30 times the bonus, not the deposit plus the bonus.

How to claim it

  1. Create the account.
  2. Make the first deposit with code SIGNUP200. The signup page says the code is once per player and cannot be combined with another offer.
  3. Wager on games that count. Roulette, pontoon, bingo, craps, War! and baccarat are excluded on that page.
  4. Treat the R400 free chip as its own coupon. Its multiple is not the SIGNUP200 rule.

Read on the operator’s own pages. Where a figure was not printed, this box says “See site for current offer”.

Score breakdown

The five marks are defined on how we rate. They are an editorial scale, not a regulator’s grade.

Licence and operator

Silversands Casino states on its homepage and on its banking pages that it is owned and operated by Paxson Marketing Ltd and licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence ALSI-102404011-FI3. The homepage says the casino has served players since 1999. A currency toggle offers rand and euro. This guide is written for players using rand.

The licence is not a South African provincial casino licence. The same Anjouan number is printed on White Lotus and Apollo Slots, which name the same owner.

Welcome offer

The homepage title and meta description refer to an R8,888 welcome bonus and to R400 free. The promotions index did not itemise an R8,888 package on 16 October 2026. The coupon pages that did load are the ones quoted below. Treat R8,888 as a homepage headline, not as a breakdown this guide can verify.

The homepage also says a first deposit of R200, R500 or R1,000 receives 100% cashback. A separate article describes daily cashback coupons DCASH300, DCASH500 and DCASH1K, with 30 times wagering on the bonus, a cash-out cap of ten times the bonus, a zero balance, once per day, and a window from 08:00 to 20:00. Those two descriptions are not the same offer. Confirm which coupon the cashier will accept before you rely on either line.

Payments

The banking menu lists credit and debit cards, cash deposits, internet bank transfers, Neteller, EcoPayz and crypto. The homepage shows marks for Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, crypto, Callpay EFTSecure, Neteller and EcoPayz. The cash-deposit page says the minimum for a cash or internet deposit is R50. Banking details are shown inside the cashier after login, not on the public page. The player ID has to be the beneficiary reference, and the proof of payment is emailed to the accounts desk. Internet transfers that the casino has verified by email are credited then. If the amount does not appear on the casino’s bank statement for that value date, the casino says it can void the credits and any winnings from them. Cheques are not accepted.

Ozow is not named. A retail voucher is not listed. Instant EFT and EFTSecure are the instant-bank labels actually printed on the site.

Withdrawals

The cash-out page says pending withdrawals are processed in two working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Its example: a request on Monday is processed on Wednesday. A request that would fall on Saturday moves to the following Monday. It then says some transactions take up to 72 business hours to show on a bank statement. The FAQ answers the same question differently: two full working days excluding the day of the request, then up to three further working days for the bank. Both texts were on the site on 16 October 2026. The cash-out page is the banking procedure. The FAQ is the support answer. They are close, and they are not identical.

The FAQ states a minimum withdrawal of R200. A player who has never made a real-money deposit does not qualify. Payments up to R100,000 are paid within two working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Further winnings in the same month are paid at R100,000 a week. Jackpots and winnings from bonus credits are paid at R10,000 a week. Withdrawals are processed to personal cheque or savings accounts in South Africa. The first withdrawal requires proof of identity. Card deposits require a card verification form before payout.

Comp points, from the FAQ: R2 wagered earns 1 point, and 500 points equal R1. That is R1 of comps for every R1,000 wagered. Comp-point winnings are treated as free bonus credits.

What the score is measuring

Silversands is second. The payout clock is the Paxson working-day clock, not Springbok’s 48–72 hour line, so the speed mark is lower. The signup page is specific about the wagering base, the excluded games and the cash-out cap on the free chip, which is why the terms mark is higher than White Lotus or Apollo. The R8,888 headline is not in the score, because it is not itemised.

Silversands Casino questions
