Does a larger welcome bonus raise the score?
No. Bonus-term clarity scores whether the operator states the base of the multiple. A larger match does not raise that mark.

Each reviewed casino gets five marks from 0 to 10. The score on the ranking is the arithmetic mean, shown to one decimal. The marks use only what the operator publishes. Randline has not timed a withdrawal, has not opened a player account for this check, and is not a regulator.
Licence disclosure means the operator names a licensing body on its own site. All four do. None of them publish a South African provincial casino licence, so that fact does not change the order. Naming the Curacao Gaming Commission or Anjouan licence ALSI-102404011-FI3 is a disclosure, not a claim that the licence works like a provincial board.
Payout window rewards a short, method-level time. Springbok’s 48–72 hours on named methods scores above a two-working-day desk that then adds bank time. Cash-out limits reward a lower published minimum and a higher ordinary ceiling. Springbok’s R25,000 weekly cap and R500 minimums score below the R200 minimum and R100,000 ceiling at the other three. Jackpot caps of R10,000 are noted in the reviews and keep those limits from a higher mark.
Bonus-term clarity is about the base of the multiple. “30 times the bonus” and “30 times the deposit plus the bonus” are both clear. “Wagering x40” without a base is not. A larger match does not raise this mark.
| Casino | Payout window | Local payments | Bonus-term clarity | Cash-out limits | Licence statement | Mean |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Springbok Casino | 8 | 9 | 8 | 6 | 8 | 7.8 |
Silversands Casino | 6 | 8 | 8 | 8 | 8 | 7.6 |
Apollo Slots | 6 | 7 | 6 | 8 | 8 | 7.0 |
White Lotus Casino | 6 | 7 | 5 | 8 | 8 | 6.8 |
The order can change when an operator changes a banking page or a coupon. The date at the top is the read date. Affiliate links pay Randline if a reader goes on to the operator. The link does not add marks, and a casino without a tracked link is not given a rank to fill the gap. AceLucky, BetNeptune, LekkerBets and AfricaSports are listed without a score.

No. None of the four publish a licence from a South African provincial gambling board. Naming a foreign authority is a disclosure, and it does not change the order on its own.
