The payout window on a banking page assumes the account is already allowed to withdraw. The first request is where that assumption fails. The steps below are the ones these four operators print. They are not a form you send to Randline.
1. The bonus balance has to be finished, or absent
White Lotus’s FAQ says that until wagering is complete the withdrawable balance shows as zero, even if a bonus balance is visible. Springbok says each bonus must be fully wagered and that a premature request is denied. A no-deposit chip has its own multiple, usually 60 times at the casinos that state one. See wagering.
2. There has to have been a real-money deposit
Silversands, White Lotus and Apollo say players who have never deposited real money do not qualify for a withdrawal, even if a free chip has been played. Springbok’s terms say a customer whose last deposit is older than three months, and who then claims a free bonus, is not entitled to a withdrawal.
3. The name on the account has to match the payment
Springbok pays only to accounts the registered player owns and controls, and it can ask for identity, address and the deposit method. Documents not provided within four weeks can lead to a locked account. Silversands, Apollo and White Lotus ask for a passport, identity document or driving licence on the first withdrawal. A card deposit adds a signed card form. White Lotus says the card’s security code should be covered, and that the middle digits of the card number are not required.
4. The amount has to clear the minimum
The FAQ minimum at Silversands, White Lotus and Apollo is R200. Springbok states R500 where it states a minimum, on Bitcoin, wire and Payz. The InstantEFT row states 48–72 hours and does not state a minimum.
5. The day of the week changes the Paxson clock
Silversands and Apollo say a Monday request is processed on Wednesday, and that a date which would fall on Saturday moves to the next Monday. Public holidays are excluded. The bank can then take up to 72 business hours, on the cash-out page, or up to three further working days, in the FAQ. Springbok’s 48–72 hour lines do not use that Monday example. Read the method row rather than translating it into working days.
6. A pending withdrawal can block the next bonus
Springbok says players with a pending withdrawal are not eligible for bonuses until it is processed or cancelled. White Lotus says that if you deposit while a withdrawal is pending, the only method it will take is a bank wire, minimum R50, with the username as the reference and a proof of payment emailed in.
After those checks, the clocks compared on the withdrawals page are the ones the sites are willing to print.
