Licence and operator

Springbok Casino’s terms, version 1.6, effective 4 March 2026, say the casino is owned by Quadgreen N.V. and licensed by the Curacao Gaming Commission. The same document names Enneagon Ltd as the company that operates the website and processes payments. The terms also refer disputes that concern the licence to the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and they say that authority does not decide individual player complaints.

Nothing on the pages checked on 16 October 2026 is a licence from a South African provincial gambling board. The banking page describes Springbok as a rand-only casino. The promotions page says play is exclusively in South African rand.

Welcome offer

The promotions page sets out a three-deposit package it describes as up to R11,500, plus a separate no-deposit coupon.

• Code SPRINGBOK100: 100% up to R1,500 on the first deposit.
• Code SPRINGBOK50: 50% up to R5,000, and the page says the code can be used twice, on the second and third deposits.
• Code TEST-SPRINGBOK: R250 with no deposit. The page states a maximum payout of R1,250.

The terms say deposit-bonus coupons are wagered at 30 times the deposit plus the bonus, unless a coupon says otherwise. No-deposit coupons are wagered at 60 times the bonus, unless stated otherwise, and the maximum cash-out on a no-deposit coupon is five times the bonus. R250 times five is R1,250, which matches the figure printed next to TEST-SPRINGBOK. Deposit bonuses above 100% have a maximum cash-out of 15 times the deposit. SPRINGBOK100 is 100%, so that cap is a separate rule.

Coupons have to be entered before the deposit. The terms say they cannot be added afterwards. Games that count toward wagering are listed as 7 Stud Poker, bingo, European Slot Poker, keno, Pai Gow Poker, scratch cards and all slots, unless a promotion says otherwise. A wager on an excluded game before the requirement is finished voids the bonus and the winnings. Each bonus has to be finished before a withdrawal. The terms say a premature withdrawal request is denied.

Bonus redemption is restricted to players from South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, Lesotho and Mozambique. That list is the operator’s wording.

Two further offers were on the promotions page the same day. Code SPRINGBOK300 is 300% up to R9,000. The example on the page is a R200 deposit playing as R800. Because that match is above 100%, the 15-times-deposit cash-out cap in the terms applies unless the coupon says otherwise. Cashback is 25% on deposits made without a deposit bonus (40% for VIP players in the terms), with 10 times playthrough, a balance under R10, a minimum cashback of R250 and a maximum of R3,000. Cashback is claimed through support, not as an automatic coupon, and it cannot be combined with a deposit bonus.

Payments

The banking page, checked 16 October 2026, publishes these methods and minimums:

• Visa and Mastercard: minimum deposit R150, credited when approved. No withdrawal time is stated on that row.
• BetterEFT: minimum deposit R51, deposit time instant, withdrawal time 48–72 hours. The page says the bank’s own EFT fee may still apply.
• InstantEFT: minimum deposit R71, deposit time instant, withdrawal time 48–72 hours. It is described as a payment from a South African internet-banking account, without a card.
• Payz: minimum deposit R10, minimum withdrawal R500, deposit instant, withdrawal 48–72 hours.
• Bitcoin: minimum deposit R250, minimum withdrawal R500, deposit instant, withdrawal 48–72 hours. Amounts are shown in rand.
• Wire transfer: minimum withdrawal R500, up to two business days. The row does not list a deposit minimum.

The footer also shows marks for Discover, Diners Club and EasyEFT. The banking copy itself uses the names above, including BetterEFT rather than EasyEFT. The word Ozow does not appear, and no retail voucher is listed. See the Ozow and voucher notes before assuming either name is in the cashier.

Withdrawals

For InstantEFT, BetterEFT, Bitcoin and Payz, the banking page states 48–72 hours. That is the shortest numeric window among the four casinos in this guide. A wire is stated as up to two business days. The weekly maximum withdrawal in the terms is R25,000. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is accepted. Withdrawals go only to accounts the registered player owns and controls. Verification can include identity, address and the deposit method. If documents are not provided within four weeks, the terms say the account may be locked and pending withdrawals may be voided.

Players with a pending withdrawal are not eligible for further bonuses until that withdrawal is processed or cancelled. A player whose last deposit is older than three months, and who then claims a free bonus, is not entitled to a withdrawal under the terms.

Comp points: every R10 wagered earns 1 point, and 100 points equal R1. The minimum redemption is 100 points. Game of the Month is the exception printed in the terms, at R5 per point.

What the score is measuring

Springbok leads this guide because the banking page gives method-level cash-out times, and several of those times are 48–72 hours. The score is held down by the R25,000 weekly ceiling and by minimum withdrawals of R500 on the methods that state one. The licence line is a disclosure score: the operator names the Curacao Gaming Commission. It is not a South African licence.
